Privacy policy

Updated October 28, 2026

Here we explain what data Draftt keeps about you, what for and who we share it with. For any request about your data, write to support@draftt.app.

1. What we keep

Your account: name, email, picture and the links you add to your profile.

Your content: what you upload or create, and what we take from your images to search them in your library (description, colors, visible text).

The browser extension, if you use it: when you save an image, the image and the page it comes from (its address, title, site and author). It reads and sends nothing from the pages you visit until you save something.

Usage: which pages and features you use, your device and browser, for measurement and security. We use cookies to keep you signed in and for that measurement.

2. What we use it for

To provide the service, show your content to people with access, send you notices (invitations, mentions, access), keep things secure, understand what to improve and answer you.

In your first days we send you a few emails with tips for using Draftt, one a day at most and only about what you have not tried yet. Turn them off from the link at the bottom of each one or in Settings, Preferences, and they stop right away.

We do not sell your data or use your content to train AI models. If you accept advertising cookies, Google and Meta learn that you came from one of our ads on them, whether you signed up and whether you moved to Pro; nothing else (see the cookie policy).

3. Who we share it with

With the people in your workspaces and those you share with, according to their access, and with anyone who opens a public link of yours.

With the providers that run Draftt for us: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (servers and measurement), Cloudflare (files and network), Resend (email), OpenAI (AI features and library indexing), PostHog (product measurement), and Google and Meta (ad measurement, only if you accept cookies). They only receive what their task needs.

With authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Where it is stored

Our providers may store and process data outside your country, mainly in the United States and the European Union, with the safeguards they offer.

5. How long

As long as your account exists. What you delete is removed from our systems within a reasonable time; backups and technical logs expire over time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to a use of it. Write to support@draftt.app and we will answer within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Draftt is not meant for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly keep their data. If you think a minor gave us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and, if the change is significant, email you.
