Terms of service

Updated October 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of Draftt (draftt.app), its apps and its connection for AI agents (MCP). By creating an account or using Draftt you accept them. If you accept them on behalf of a team or company, you confirm you can bind it. Questions? Write to support@draftt.app.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept these terms, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

An account belongs to one person: do not share your password or access. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what the AI agents you connect to it do.

2. Workspaces and teams

Every person has a space of their own, and a team is a shared space. A team's admins invite and remove members and decide over what is in it. What you upload to a team is the team's: it stays there even if you leave.

What you make in your own space is yours: only you and the people you invite see it. A guest only sees what was shared with them.

3. Your content

What you upload or create in Draftt (boards, notes, decks, docs, images, files) stays yours or your team's. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license only to run the service: store it, copy it, make thumbnails, show it to people with access, and index it for your library search (description, colors and visible text, taken with automated tools, some of them AI). This license ends when you delete the content or your workspace, except for backups that expire over time.

We do not show your content to the public unless you create a public link, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You confirm you hold the rights or permissions needed for what you upload.

4. Public links and collaboration

Anyone with a public link can see what you share through it. You decide when to create it and when to remove it.

When you work with other people or agents, each is responsible for what they add or change.

5. Explore and the reference catalog

Explore shows a curated selection of stills and short excerpts from published commercials, music videos and films, with their credits and a link to the original work. It exists to help you learn, research, get inspired and have points of reference for your own projects.

The rights to those images belong to their owners. Draftt claims no ownership of them, and showing them implies no relationship with or endorsement by their authors, brands or production companies. Credits come from public sources and may contain errors: if you spot one, tell us.

You may use the catalog only as reference: to review, research, get inspired and present your own ideas (moodboards, treatments, decks, pitches), within your team or to your clients. Saving a still to your library saves a pointer to it, not a copy.

You may not use catalog content in a finished piece, or publish, distribute, sell, sublicense or show it as your own content on your site or social media, free or paid. Nor may you download it in bulk or copy it to build another collection.

6. What you may not do

Infringe others' rights or upload content that is illegal, abusive or that you have no right to share.

Extract, scrape or bulk download the catalog by any means, including scripts, bots and AI agents connected over MCP or an API, or copy a substantial part of it.

Use the catalog or the service to build a competing product, assemble datasets or train AI models.

Get around access controls, reverse engineer, overload the service, send spam or spread malware.

If you break these terms we may remove content and suspend or close your account.

7. Artificial intelligence

Draftt lets outside AI agents work on your boards. Your instructions, and what is needed to carry them out, are processed by AI providers.

An agent you connect acts with your permissions: what it does counts as done by you. You can disconnect it at any time.

8. Copyright and takedowns

If you believe something on Draftt infringes your rights, ask us to take it down at draftt.app/copyright or write to support@draftt.app with the subject "Copyright" and include: your contact details, the protected work, where the infringing material is (the exact link), a statement that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate, and your signature or that of your representative.

We remove or block the content promptly. When we take a work out of the catalog it disappears from every board that uses it.

If you hold rights to a work in the catalog and would rather it not be there, write to us and we will take it out, even if there is no infringement.

If we removed something of yours and you think it was a mistake, reply to the same email explaining why. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. What belongs to Draftt

The software, the design, the brand and the catalog as a selection and compilation (its order, metadata and credits) belong to Draftt. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them with no obligation to you.

10. Price

Draftt has plans with different limits, described at draftt.app/pricing. Pro belongs to a person and Team to a team, which pays per seat. Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Creem, which processes the payment, and renew on their own until you cancel; when you cancel, the plan lasts until the end of the period paid.

If we change a price we will tell you before it applies, and we will never charge you anything you have not agreed to.

11. Termination

You can stop using Draftt and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; except for serious or legal reasons, we will try to warn you first so you can take your content out.

The sections on content, the catalog, liability and indemnity survive termination.

12. No warranties

Draftt is provided as is and as available. We do our best to keep it working and your data backed up, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions: keep copies of what matters.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability does not exceed the greater of USD 100 and what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer protection law gives you that cannot be waived.

14. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against Draftt over your content, or because you used the service or the catalog against these terms, you are responsible for that claim.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, if the change is significant, email you ahead of time. If you keep using Draftt afterwards you accept it; if you disagree, you can stop using it.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile and any dispute is settled in the courts of Santiago, without prejudice to the rights the laws of your country give you.
